I am trying to download Xcode on my Macbook Air OS X Version 10.9.5. I tried downloading Xcode from the app store and it says 'Xcode can’t be installed on. Xcode provides everything developers need to create great applications for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Xcode has unified user interface design, coding, testing, and debugging all within a single window.

You may have to sign up for a free Apple Developer Account in order to download Xcode 10 from the developer link that BDAqua provided — unless Apple has relaxed its access privileges for these tools.
